There are five things you need to know about Remus Lupin:

1. He's seventeen and in his sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

2. He's a prefect, a Gryffindor, and a Marauder. He considers each of those an honor, and each more important than the one that came before it.

3. Once a month, he suffers from the "furry little problem" of becoming a werewolf. For important details on that, please see this post.

4. He's surprisingly good at hexes. You would be, too, if you shared a room with Sirius Black.

5. He would do (almost) anything for his friends.

Remus is seventeen. He has light brown hair that's starting to grey at the temples, blue eyes, and a number of scars he's generally pretty careful about keeping hidden. During the school year, unless otherwise specified by the EP, it's safe to assume he's in his Hogwarts (Gryffindor) uniform.

He is completely reset, and has no memory of any previous incarnations to visit the end of the universe.
